2008年天津市高职升本科招生英语听说测试大纲
一、考试性质与考试目标
天津市“高职升本科”招生统一考试是由合格的高职高专毕业生参加的选拔性考试。
英语听说测试作为“高职升本科”的选考科目,是测试考生在进入高等院校英语专业和相关专业学习时所要达到的基本英语听说技能。这些技能包括:语音、语调清晰、准确,语流顺畅地复述短文;听懂熟悉的日常生活中发音清楚、正常语速的对话、独白或讨论;在大多数日常的工作和社会生活情境中,可以用英语与他人交谈、交换具体信息、描述一些现象、就一些话题展开讨论、交流思想和观点等。
二、考试方式及题型要求
(一)考试方式和时间
英语听说测试为计算机化考试,采取人—机考核的方式。考试时间为15分钟左右。
(二)题型要求
1.复述(Paraphrasing):学生复述屏幕上呈现的短文。
(1) 准备时间60秒,录音时间90秒。准备时间结束后,短文将从屏幕上隐去。
(2) 短文的长度为120词左右。
(3) 评分维度为语音与语调、词汇与语法、连贯性、达意性。考生如原文背诵,则除“语音与语调”酌情评分外,其他的评分维度均不给分。

A lot of boys and girls in Western countries are wearing the same kinds of clothes, and many of them have long hair, so it is often difficult to tell whether they are boys or girls.
One day, an old man went for a walk in Washington, and when he was tired he sat down on a bench. A young person was standing on the other side of the pool.
"Good Heavens!" the old man said to the person who was sitting next to him on the bench. "Do you see that person with long hair? Is it a boy or a girl?"
"A girl," said his neighbor, "she's my daughter."
"Oh!" the old man said quickly, "I'm sorry, I did not know that you were her mother."
"No, I'm not," said the other person, "I'm her father."
2. 谈话式交流(Conversation Exchange)/带有提示的对话(Dialogue with Prompts):谈话式交流/带有提示的对话提供给学生一个精心设计的场景,由一组前后相互关联的对话组成。对话人为2人,其中A角色由计算机扮演,B角色为考生。考生根据场景和A角色的语音信息,按照屏幕上给出的提示完成对话。
(1)准备时间20秒,录音时间每句对话15秒。
(2)评分维度为语音与语调、词汇与语法、达意性。
(3)谈话式交流由6——10组对话组成。

场景提示:假设你叫王华。你正在给你的朋友李明打电话,邀请他参加一个聚会。
Li Ming: Hello. This is Li Ming. Who is speaking?
You: 问对方能否参加明天晚上的聚会。
Li Ming: What party?
You:为所有同学组织的。
Li Ming: What are we going to do at the party?
You: 带吉它、唱歌。
Li Ming: Oh, that’s a good idea. I’ll prepare some of my favorite songs for the party.
You: 问对方能否带些食品来。
Li Ming: No problem. When will we meet?
You: 明晚七点。
Li Ming: OK. I’ll be there on time.
You: 明天见!
3. 口头作文(Oral Composition):学生根据屏幕上提供的话题或影像材料来描述、叙述、说明见到的现象,或者提出并论述自己的观点。
(1)准备时间60秒,录音时间120秒。
(2)评分维度为语音与语调、词汇与语法、连贯性、达意性。
(3)试题举例:
例题1:Do you think people ever really learn anything from the mistake they make?
例题2:The following pictures show some different ways of transportation. Please describe these different ways and compare them.
三、复习考试内容和要求
英语听说测试所涉及的词汇、语法、题材均不超过天津市教育招生考试院颁布的《天津市高等院校“高职升本科”招生统一考试〈英语〉考试大纲》及交际话题表、功能意念表(附录)规定的范围。
四、分数的评定
英语听说测试成绩以满分20分记入考生的录取总分。
